Darae is a junior in the College studying biology. She started playing violin since 2nd grade and her favorite composers are Dvorak and Rachmaninoff. In her free time, Darae likes to listen to music and work out at the gym. A fun fact about Darae is that her favorite fruit is blueberries!

Svanik is a sophomore in SEAS studying Bioengineering. He started playing the viola upon entry into PSO (courtesy Mr. Hong), and his favorite composer is Chopin. Svanik enjoys engaging in clownery with his compatriots (Nihar and Justin, see Outreach Committee). Fun fact: his last name is actually his dad’s first name.

Maria is a sophomore in the College studying Biology. She has been playing bass since the fourth grade and her favorite composer’s music to play is Bach’s. Outside of class, Maria does research at CHOP and enjoys skiing, golfing, and going on walks. A fun fact is her favorite team is the Buffalo Bills!
