Throughout the school year, PLBD offers weekly lessons in Standard and Latin styles of ballroom dance. Members of our team are welcome to take any lessons we offer. We don’t hold any auditions and no experience or partners are required!
Schedule of Classes and Practice Space for Spring 2024
Standard classes will be taught on Sundays in Weightman Hall:
- Open practice: noon – 1:00PM
- Advanced (silver / gold): 1:00PM – 2:00PM
- Beginner / Intermediate (newcomer / bronze) : 2:00PM – 3:00PM
- Guided practice: 3:00PM – 4:00PM
Latin classes will be taught on Wednesdays at the Annenberg Dance Studio:
- Beginner / Intermediate (newcomer / bronze): 8:00PM – 9:00PM
- Advanced (silver / gold): 9:00PM – 10:00PM
- Open practice 10:00PM – midnight
In addition, we typically have open practice space on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 5:00PM – 6:00PM at the Annenberg Dance Studio. (We do not have open practice space at the Annenberg Dance Studio on Wednesdays at 5:00PM, even if it shows otherwise in the Annenberg reservation system!)
To enter the Annenberg Dance Studio, use this door across the street from the Louie Louie restaurant.
